Privacy, in plain language

What we collect

• The website address you give us, and the public pages we read from it.
• Your email address, collected by Stripe at checkout, so we can send your private link and re-check.
• Payment details, handled entirely by Stripe. We never see your card number.
• A one-way hash of your IP address, used only to limit abuse of the free check.

Files you upload

We read the text from your files (up to 3 per report) to find facts about your business, and delete it within 24 hours of generating your page. We don't keep the original files.

AI providers

We use AI providers to extract facts and to ask assistants about your business, only with settings that stop your data being used to train their models, and with minimal retention.

Our crawler

We only read public pages, respect robots.txt, and identify ourselves with the user agent MyAIInfoBot.

Tracking

We use Google Analytics for Firebase on the production site to understand visits and usage. It uses cookies and collects page views, browser and device details.

Deleting your data

Email privacy@getmyaiinfo.com and we'll delete your data within 30 days.
